I’m trying to transfer a ticket to see Hayley Williams to a friend, since I’m not able to go this weekend. I don’t want to sell it; I just want to give it to them. Ticket transfer is not currently available for the show. Is there a way to give this ticket to someone else if transfer doesn’t become available? I don’t want them to reschedule work if Ticketmaster isn’t going to allow me to give them the ticket. Thanks!

whenever I try to request tickets a popup that reads “an error has occured: an unexpected error has occurred” pops up. I tried different browsers, app and website, mobile data and WiFi on and its still the same after four hours. how the heck do I fix this

So.. trying to request Olivia Rodrigo silver star tickets, I joined the queue then forgot about it and when it was my turn I accidentally closed my browser! Joined back and my browsing activity got paused. I kept trying to joined back and I kept getting flagged. I switched browsers and networks. Then I finally got to join the queue again and when it was my turn the said I had to verify my face and ID or else my account will be disabled. Did it. It told me I could continue to use my account and redirected me back to ticketmaster. Then before I could even do anything they paused my browsing activity again. Now when I open my tickets I’m getting error messages. Help!!

Hi I have one ticket to sell you get access to the Corr lounge and it is in the N5 section close to the stage seat 57 on ticket master I can transfer closer to the date for £166 it’s a premium ticket.

Do we think Ticketmaster is going to allow ticket sales? I am hoping to sell on Ticketmaster and not stub hub but the concert is a month away and resale still isn't available.

I purchased tickets for Bruno Mars during presale. When I purchased them there was no warning saying the seats were obstructed view. It was only when I got to the venue that I saw my tickets were obstructed view. My view was blocked by a large speaker at the top of a column. Honestly, if my view was little bit lower and I could see through the frames of the column I would have sucked it up. I went immediately to Guest Services and they were no help. They were not allowing upgrades or exchanges, I have proof of this.

I then called Ticketmaster, while at the concert, and asked for a partial refund because as per their policy obstructed view tickets are labeled as such at the time of purchase. They denied my request. I asked for an escalation. They then sent an email the following day saying they couldn’t give me a refund because they event organizers were not allowing refunds. I called again and requested and escalation again. They said someone would reach out in 24-48 hours. I have not received a response. I even called the venue’s guest services and left a message. No response.

So I am wondering if I should just dispute the charge with my bank. I am worried because I have tickets to Harry Styles and I don’t want my account to get banned.

Hey so I mainly use Ticketmaster for every concert. Now that it seems impossible to get tickets using Ticketmaster, I am curious to know everyone’s thoughts on using SeatGeek or Tix Pick? Is it worth using it? Or is there anything else that can help?

Does anyone know if the resale option has opened for his MSG shows? I've got tickets for 9/5 and cannot go. I've tried listing on SH, CashorTrade, FB, and even here on Reddit. Not sure where else to post :( I'm not able to go and really just want the tickets to go to fans.

For the 1st time I needed to sell tickets to a show I can't make. When I go to set a price TM says there is an offer for X-amount if you want to accept it. I ignor it and set my own price. In the end I remove my listing to go back and see what the offer is.(this is a week or so later and less than a week until the show so I'm willing to take a loss and get some money back)

The offer is still there and I take it. It states that TM does not set the offer price. So my question is....Who does? When i go to buy tickets there isn't an option to make an offer. Then who sets that offer price and if it's not TM tell me where I can put in an offer price to buy tickets in the TM app.

And putting tickets up for resale really opened my eyes even further to how TM gets fees on top of fees on top of fees.

I have been trying to reach Ticketmaster FR support for over one month for the possibility of upgrading my ticket and purchasing an additional one.

I've reached out to them EVERYWHERE, sent 3 request e-mails, and still nothing.

I see no phone to call, nothing, I am completely ghosted.

What other options do I have? Do I just lose all the money on my first ticket and purchase 2 new ones?

I have a ticket for Sunday the 6th. I bought the ticket during general sale last November. I got the confirmation email and the money was taken out of my bank. I’ve called them and confirmed that I do have a ticket but I have no way to access it. They were planning on doing will call but the venue said they could not.

I am at a complete loss of how to get this ticket. They can see it and they confirmed it’s tied to me but will not put it on my app due to the emails not matching even tho one of the emails attached to it is mine. No one else was involved in buying this ticket and I have no they email tied to my account.

Is there anything else I can do?

Hello, I sold two tickets on StubHub (original price). At the moment the option for transferring the tickets via Ticketmaster is not available. Anyone experienced this situation? I’ve never experienced this with Ticketmaster, I’ve sold tickets before and usually I set the price and it’s fine, this time immediately it reads “you have an offer” and it’s lower than what I paid. I’m just trying to sell them at what I paid and it’s not giving me the option to, anyone else experience this and know how to solve it? Thank you.

Hello! Sorry if this doesnt really match the sub, but i'm not really sure as to what I'm supposed to do. I am not from the US but I'm going there for vacation, and since DnP are going on tour, I've asked my sister to purchase them for me and my uncle.

Here's the problem: would it be alright to present the online ticket alone, or do I have to transfer into a new account under my name? (I'm not really sure about the strictness of presenting tickets in the US) I'm just a bit nervous since I'll be going, so I just wanted to clear my head as to what I need to actually do.

Do other people run into as many issues with this app as I do?

It feels like the app is broken half the time I try to use it. Sometimes, it’s broken from the start— I open it and only get a blank page. Other times, I am trying to buy tickets and it blanks out halfway thru. Other times, I am trying to view tickets I have already purchased, and it fails to display them.
