Ticketmaster FR does not respond

Hello,

I have been trying to reach Ticketmaster FR support for over one month for the possibility of upgrading my ticket and purchasing an additional one.

I've reached out to them EVERYWHERE, sent 3 request e-mails, and still nothing.

I see no phone to call, nothing, I am completely ghosted.

What other options do I have? Do I just lose all the money on my first ticket and purchase 2 new ones?

Sell your first and buy 2 new ones. Ticketmaster France sucks

TicketSwap won't accept sales for this event. I've put it up on viagogo but afraid it won't sell

Have you tried to sell it on the events page on Facebook ?
