I present to you, goulash I made!
Recipe here! I've tried a few internet recipes but this one has the most correct measurements liquid to pasta recipe ratio and turns out fantastic every time.
I will say when it comes to measuring out the herbs and Worcestershire sauce though (I add more than the recipe calls for because I love the depth Worcestershire sauce makes), I measure with my heart/tastebuds lol
If you decide to make it, enjoy!
EDIT: yes this is not Hungarian goulash, it was never intended to be, but I appreciate those comments and obviously understand that Hungarian goulash is superior and I also know it is because I've made it! This is a good decent night meal for a busy mom or dad that needs to make a hardy meal for the fam on the fly. I am Canadian and I'm open to others sharing their recipes! 🇨🇦🫡🙂

One tray italian mash with milkshake
One tray italian sausage mash with a mix of 6 herbs. Then I did a garlic, lemon, herbs and sriracha mayo sauce. With it I did a really good strawberry peach banana milkshake. 💜💜

Post Tonsillectomy Meal, Day 5
White bread with mayo on both sides for moisture. Egg salad with just egg and mayo. No seasoning, as any bit of seasoning hurts my throat. Plus cucumbers, no skin.
Took me 4 hours to eat. With breaks and lots of water.
