I frequently use TB. I stopped using it for about a month to which my usage dropped to about 50GB. Today, I downloaded about 30GB and my 30 day usage has not updated at all. I’ve also noticed it over the last couple of days, it hasn’t updated at all. Is this a bug or something temporary?

Off late, past few weeks or so, the constant buffering is becoming unbearable. I use the Indi CDN as I'm from India. Even if I switch to ERTH (cloud fare) the buffering continues. Affects both remuxes and even smaller files. I am on the standard plan. There were no issues, but from August it has really gone downhill. Every time I sit to watch, mostly at nighttime in India, this issue keeps occurring. Is there a solution or any hope in sight? Or will I have to switch to an alternate provider (Don't see very many options for the same) - 400 mbps , router and tv in same room connected via 5ghz.

Hello - I just want to vent somewhere to say FUCK TORBOX.

For context, I'm going on vacation in a couple of hours so I thought I'd hit download on a few movies/series and go to sleep.

At first, I missed the email/pw combo twice or thrice because I forgot I used Google to sign-in. Even though I managed to sign in with google then and saw the "You are now linked with Google." message it still failed and displayed a "5 per 1 hour" message.

First of all - I thought the timeout is no issue at all because I'll just use my wifes laptop. But guess what - I'm timed out on ALL devices!!!

Second of all - Would it kill you guys to add one or two more words explaining the timeout/error??
For example "5 Sign-in attempts per 1 hour" would be clearer.

Third of all - I went on Torbox's discord looking for help in the "Support" channel (quotation marks are doing the heavy lifting here) there's a link that should redirect me to their bot or whatever. BUT THE LINK OPENS A BLANK PAGE on both my laptop and my mobile device.

Fourth of all - WHY IS THE TIMEOUT PLACED ON ALL DEVICES

Even though I experienced frequent outages with Torbox after switching from RD I was never frustrated with the service up until this boiling point.

Every single one I play, the characters are first speaking in English and then immediately another language like Russian or German. I don't know why it's doing that, any ideas?

Say I'm playing a 4k remux file, sometimes I'll play it and it will work perfectly with zero issue, other times I try it and it buffers every few seconds. For example, yesterday I checked a 4k remux on nuvio around 5pm and it was working completely fine, checked it again at 9pm and buffering like crazy. Is this related to the issues torbox has been having or could it be something else?

Why are you such toxic people that you downvote people and sending LITERAL DEATH THREATS in chat feature messages.

I mean if I have issues with a service, do I not have right to complain and not recieve hate and threats. BTW all messages have been reported to reddit

I thought people on this subreddit should be normal grown adults. Did we really fall this much to a point where you literally sending death threats to person ( In this case that person is me, Rick) saying how you (an insane person) will find them ( in this case me) and cut out their heart and eat it raw while you look them in the eye and watch how their ( in this case my own) life slowly drip away

I stopped using TorBox not because of TOS change but because service is almost unusable now.

I mean the amount of issues TorBox had this month alone, I have never seen this amount of issues in years.

They need to get their act together, because if I am paying for a service I expect it to atleast work at bare minimum 50% of the time.

I do not know what they did, but they did something and its worse something.

I mean amount of issues I have personally experience with TorBox alone is more then I have experience with every other debrid service in my entire life

With the recent change of location of TorBox and it's updated ToS, has the concern of the logging and trouble with the law died down, or has it merely been pushed aside and largely forgotten about? Since the change I've immediately stopped using and gone back to using Real Debrid as I was concerned with what the changes would imply.

Is it simply a non factor now? Has anyone been caught out or fined for using torbox on stremio? Have the laws changed now they're located in the UAE? Is it now required to use a VPN (as I was always informed that using a Debrid service hides your identity/ip) to hide your usage, and give you some security?

Any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated.

Since I started using Torbox Instant on Nuvio (for Torrentio, Comet etc.) the option of using P2P torrents seems to have disappeared.

I like to have the option of torrent files, if Torbox is down, for example. Any way of getting this option back whilst using Torbox Instant? Thanks in advance

Do the torbox devs ever intend to restore the ease of usenet to what it once was before?

Self hosting seems out of my intellectual reach.. I do have an unraid home server so I have the means to host it but setup and config seem a little to much for me..

If nothing is going to change I’d be better off downgrading my sub from pro to essential..

I've been using Torbox for a 2-3 months now as a replacement for Real-Debrid.
I've never had any issues till yesterday - it's constantly buffering every few minutes no matter what I watch. I mainly use it in Kodi with the POV addon, have it paired with Stremio as well. Wired connection but it is buffering all the time since yesterday.

Anyone have any ideas?

I've fallen in love with the Essential plan for $1.80/month. I only had one issue last month. I also use their API in my app to speed up downloads, and I share the subscription between families without anyone running into problems(mostly). Outage is acceptable for this price, other debrid platforms are more expensive, don't allow sharing, perhaps not even close to huge cached library, I haven't found something that wasn't there already, just 3 times. Those were super unknown reasons, if you see somebody yelling at you "run away!" i just don't think you have to.

Whoever is running the Discord Customer Support - I just want to say that because of you I will no longer ever recommend this Debrid. Not only is it unreliable but your support is absolute garbage. That is all.

Hi folks, I need some advice that I cant seem to find anywhere else.

I just upgraded my Torbox membership to Pro because I thought I would be able to access usenet content (I am new to this). However I can't find any information on how to access the usenet content with my Torbox Pro account in Stremio. What am I missing here? I put in the Torbox API key into aiostreams but the links that showed in my stremio are the same as they were before with no changes? Im sure Ive missed a step somewhere but I was under the impression Torbox Pro would deal with everything on the usenet side so that's all I would need to set up but yes I feel like Im missing something.

Can anyone help me out? Is there a guide? I feel like Im crazy

I get mixed up sometimes with DL speeds. I been DLing Fitgirl stuff the last couple days and this morning I noticed I am getting up to 62MB/sec. I thought maybe it's being reported wrong so I timed it and getting an entire GB in 11 seconds. I can't even copy a large file to my USB drive at that speed. Did they do something to boost the speed. I'm on fiber internet. Last night during primetime I was having trouble completing the DL of 100GB file but now it seems like magic.

I have some torrents that i want to get from tl (torrentleech), but idk if using private trackers on TB will be reliable enough to meet my 1:1 ratio OR 10 day seeding time. I have the standard subscription, which says 14 day seeding time.

Also, what if the torrent i add is already cached to TB? Will i be penalised for not seeding it?

Can anyone with the use of private torrents either on tl or another private tracker with torbox share their experiences?

EDIT: Btw, im only going to download freeleech torrents. I have no plans to use any regular torrents on a private tracker.

For the past day, I've been having buffering and unplayable videos on my TCL TV.

The same sources load and play perfectly on my phone and other devices? I didn't change anything, neither WuPlay, Streamio, Nuvio work, but all of them work from all other devices?

But if I play anything through PENGUPLAY, it works perfectly on my TV???

Any ideas?

EDIT: After 13 hours, I didn't change anything, didn't update anything, the problem solved itself, every source from every scraper at any resolution and type (4K, HDR10, Dolby Atmos, etc.) work flawlessly both on WuPlay and Nuvio.

Very weird, but glad it's resolved.

I am trying to download a series (multiple files) using jdownloader2 and torbox.

It works for a download or two and then stops. It'll restart after a couple of minutes, i have a feeling it's probably ddos protection, but I wanted to check if anyone else has this behavior.

I didn't have this issue when I was using a different debrid service.

Edit: wanted to add that I have chunk and simultaneous downloads set to just 1 for both.
