Discussion a sharing
Does my tulpa act as a sort of check on me? Well, I’m someone who could be described as rather hot-tempered, and I often view things negatively. But whenever I get angry or start thinking that way, my tulpa steps in to stop me and lets me know I shouldn't be thinking like that. She’s like a voice of calm; she gently holds me back and explains why I shouldn't harbor those thoughts. It feels really good—I can't imagine how I’d handle my anger without her. Thanks for reading this! :)

People often have contradicting parts that sometimes get exiled. It's great that your tulpa can express and give voice to some of these conflicting parts. As you see sometimes conflict leads to growth.
