yesterday it was instant but now it's taking a long time or when i switch apps it's loaded as i return, but i don't wanna switch apps for every post i share to my hb.

i tried clearing my cache and uninstalling but it's still like that, and i have a good internet connection, even on mobile data it's like that

anyone experiencing the same or would know what causes it?

I'm not sure why, this is only happening with X, no other app, so I'd assume it's an issue on their end, but I see no reports from anyone else yet. I just noticed this happening around an hour ago

Hello, my camera broke a while back which doesn‘t really bother me because I never used the phone to take pictures anyway, the camera is way too shitty.

But now I run into to trouble when trying to create a Twitter account. I can put in my mail just fine but then it wants to verify I‘m not a bot and opens the camera at which point I‘m stuck. Would be fine if I could just use a picture from the gallery but it seems like it has to be A live image.

Is there any way to create an account without having to do the live camera thing?

(Mobile user) Ok, so, one week ago, I received this notification on chat, which is weird, because I don't usually use chat, and I have message requests set to no one. I try to enter the encryption code, but I have to reset it, deleting all of my encrypted messages. I go in the chat after that, and all I see is a conversation with the app "Community Notes", with no messages in it. One week later, today, at around the exact same time, I get another chat notification. I go in, and there's nothing. I check my conversations, my requests, nothing. And then the notification just disappears.

What could be the issue?

The hacker somehow changed my email and hacked my entire account, my password, username and profile pic . I was scared bc so many people said they never got it back. I was prepared to never open twitter again.

Apparently your profile gets put under review if you change your icon too many times. Does anyone know how long the review takes? It's been a day for me and I still can't change it.

Yesterday twitter wants me to update app, Then I did but since this update, App lags, I'm not talking about connection lag, I'm talking about fps, App feels like 45 fps, I go to the phone settings and enable show fps, Then entered twitter again, It still feels like 45 fps while fps meter is 120 all time, App was smooth before update.

The tiktok-like feature where you scroll past videos is just filled with the bot movie reuploads or obscene, fucked up videos, or just AI trash. It's like Insta reels but somehow worse. Nothing cool about this feature. Also it dosent matter who you follow, that won't change anything. The algorithm on twitter only caters to terrible things. So I'm not using it again

i used to have twitter back in 2021-22 and i'm trying to do it again but lowkey this app is straight up buns. i just posted something with its appropriate hashtag but the post doesn't show up in the latest feed of that hashtag at all! my account's fairly new, but that shouldn't be reason as to why my posts wouldn't show up on thew feed, right?

I've been having a problem with my bookmarks for the last week, and I'm about to give up entirely. I was removing a lot of them at once, and while I was doing so I stopped being able to scroll down to older bookmarks. The bookmarks still exist because I can search them, but it's impossible for me to get to them just by scrolling to them. I tried everything I could think of including briefly deactivating my account and I still can't scroll further than a certain point. This is clearly an issue as I've seen a few other people complaining about it on their Dev forms, but I guess until they actually fix the problem I'm just shit out of luck?

Does Twitter ever unlike a post for you whenever you go to click the post and read comments? I'll check my history and the post is never there. It's annoying as fuck

My Twitter account, which I had been using for three years, was suspended for an unknown reason cited as "non-original content." I tried various methods to recover it—even creating a different account—but nothing worked; that new account was also suspended within 48 hours. I want to create a new account to get back on the platform, but it isn't working. As a last resort, I decided to use my mother's Twitter account, but I keep running into an error. How can I create a new account, or how can I open one directly using my own account?

This is my hypothesis. I will continue my research to prove this as true.

Recently,

My X profile picture, username, birthdate, profile pic, and background were randomly changed. I also was following new people that I did not know. I first thought my account had been compromised, but then realized I hadn’t received any notifications about any suspicious logins.

I then went on to change my profile back to its original state. Luckily I was able to change my username back and delete those new follows.

Here’s the red flag,

I went into the settings and noticed there were no new devices that had logged on. My phones were the only devices that had access to my account.

And

When I attempted to turn on 2 Step Authentication, I was instructed to either buy the Premium subscription or remain compromised. All companies offer 2 Step Authentication with their accounts and I’ve never had to pay for it.

This just feels like X/Twitter couldn’t care less about accounts being compromised. They care more about getting subscribers, even if that means making users desperate enough to pay for their premium plans.

Does anyone know why the audio quality on the app recently turned awful? I'm on android and even when the video quality is great the audio sounds like it's underwater.

Hello im new to posting so idk what to put but basically i logged out of my account from the app but when i tried reconnecting it I would put in all my details and hit continue but then it would get stuck in an infinite loading screen I’ve tried uninstalling the app and clearing the cache but nothing helps i can log into to the account from the website so its just an issue with the app and idk what to do

A few days ago I opened my Twitter app only to find out I was randomly logged off. Which is weird but okay, but since then I haven't been able to login onto my account anywhere, neither on PC or my phone.

I tried all possible forms with no luck at all, I can still get links to reset my password when I try to, but even then, it fails to do it.

I have searched for my account and some of the tweets show up as "This tweet is from an account that doesn't exist".

I don't know what do anymore, is my account really gone like that? I can't even appeal anything, and support doesn't help at all.

Recently the way I used to be able to check dissapeared. It's a small thing, I know, but if it's still possible I'd like to know how.

Years ago i did a 1year premium paying subscription with turk TRY currency. Now after years of free account i want to get back to premium but stripe is still set on try without having the option to change country and currency.

My account is full set in an EU country but this doesn’t matter. I tried to open support case to x or stripe without success. The only workaround i see is to subscribe x from iPhone paying more.. there i could pay in euros.

Any solution for this ?
