What are some of the interesting paid Wellness related activities other than a gym or massage parlor membership?
My company reimburses up to $75 a month for a wellness related membership. I am a member at Massage Envy and lately haven't been using them much and have accumulated too many hours to keep up that I have paused my membership and been gifting the hours to friends. I also go to Planet Fitness regularly which is something I'd always keep. I am 57 m, thinking of alternatives. Thoughts?

question Physitrack reviews for home exercise program??
I work at a pt clinic, we've got multiple clinicians and a couple locations now. every clinician does their own thing for prescribing exercises and following up with patients so the experience is pretty inconsistent depending who you see. we also don't really have visibility into whether patients are actually doing the exercises or not.
looking for home exercise program software that gives patients a more consistent experience and actually lets us track adherence, not just log a login. physitrack keeps coming up in my search. before I commit, does anyone have real experience with it? good or bad, want to hear it.
