I always tell people - never order anything you wouldn't want thrown from Amazon. I've worked on their shipping dock and can tell you right away that wasn't the first time it was thrown...at the end of the night management actually instructs you to do it, to be done with the work quicker/on time. Same thing for mail too really (i would imagine)

Not to mention the machines themselves, actual transit, etc. I got a package yesterday where the inside box was damaged, probably in a warehouse. But it was packed fine, so the product is fine.

There are ways to ship and have your packages taken better care of, but it's slower and costs more.
