Services crashing randomly

Hey guys,

Working at a MSP and we're having a few issues its been ongoing for ages so isnt linked to Agent version from what I can tell. at the moment we are on the latest agent version available.

So summary of issue:
- Devices that are online are showing offline in Acronis preventing patching and remote access.

Manual Fix:
Usually a reboot resolves this but thats alot to ask everyday for tons of devices.

Fix attempt:
We've tried to deploy a detect and remediate script to address the services that have crashed to try get them running again without the need for user intervention.

It works abit but not always.

Has anyone had this issue and managed to resolve it?
