When Mommy & Daddy first saw you sweet boy, we were instantly in love. Huey, as you celebrate your first revolution around the sun tomorrow, know that Mommy & Daddy love you more than words can express.
Happy birthday Huey! We love you so much!! 💙🐾

We left Opal's staircase behind the couch after cleaning yesterday. Today while I was working she figured out a way to get me to stop, as she always tries. Don't worry, we have since moved the staircase and I watched her the entire time she was up there to make sure she didnt jump off or fall. I have a feeling she wont forget this tactic and I'll be hearing about it tomorrow when she realizes the staircase is gone.

We had no idea when we adopted him. Apparently previous adopters didn’t give him preventative and returned him but lied about the reason. Ugh.
We’ve never had a heartworm positive pop before. Can anyone give us any advice? We are following the vets orders but I just want to know what to expect.

My former research lab beagle, Melo! We adopted him when he was 4.5 years old. This year and a half with him has been spectacular. I didn’t realize how full my heart would feel before we adopted him!
Cheers to being 6 years old and praying for MANY more years with him 🩵🙏🐾🎂

She’s become such a big girl in the 4.5 years I’ve had her. Still likes to get in people’s business but eh. Old soul in a young body! I love her so much.
She’s getting all the treats today diet be damned.

Enjoy some recent and puppy pics. Plus my Blueberry tattoo and her bday cake. It was love at first sight with her. I can’t imagine her not being around. Everyone that meets her is obsessed and that’s just the kind of girl she is!

My baby passed away last week. She was 9, developed an aggressive nasal cancer and there was nothing we could do. We gave her the dignity of going in peace once the medication she was on stopped providing any comfort. I miss her beyond words, she was my best friend.
She leaves behind another beagle brother who is not taking the loss well. I had a rare duo with these two as they never really barked or bayed. They were so quiet. Now he howls mournfully any time he’s left alone. I don’t know how to help him and it’s killing me.
Edit to say thank you for all the kind words. She was and still is a beautiful girl. I adopted her when she was 5. My favorite memory of her is her first thanksgiving with us, she was begging for food and my mom told her no. She went over to my mom’s rug, made eye contact with her, and promptly peed on it. She had such a sassy personality lol.

They’ve both since passed and we miss them terribly. While Sammie was naughty in so many ways, she was deeply lovable and never tried to hurt either one of our bunnies. I love this pic of the two of them.
Fly high, Samantha and Sebastian.

Since we got Max, he has always kind of had a skin allergy and I’ve taken him to the vet twice and what they prescribed hasn’t helped and they told me since he’s only five months old they can’t give him pills for allergy.
Seems to get worse when we take him outside more
It’s only gotten worse and he constantly biting his paws and body and scratching
What can i do ?
