Couch to 5K My first 5km.

Post image

I’ve always been afraid of running. I can walk a lot but running made me anxious. I started a few days ago and just jogged. From 1km running without a break to running ( jogging) for 5kms. I am sooo proud of myself. And I feel like crying . I know is it’s not that big of an achievement but for me it is. πŸ₯ΉπŸ’ƒ

It’s a huge achievement! Keep up the great work! Running is like therapy, except it costs less and hurts more! πŸ˜‚

going 1k to 5k in a few days is a wild jump, most people take weeks for that

No. It’s a huge achievement. I can still remember my first 5k at the end of C25K.

Well done. πŸ‘
