Couch to 5K My first 5km.
Iβve always been afraid of running. I can walk a lot but running made me anxious. I started a few days ago and just jogged. From 1km running without a break to running ( jogging) for 5kms. I am sooo proud of myself. And I feel like crying . I know is itβs not that big of an achievement but for me it is. π₯Ήπ

Itβs a huge achievement! Keep up the great work! Running is like therapy, except it costs less and hurts more! π
