Hi, I've been suffering from depression (self-diagnosed, lol) for months now, ever since my partner of three years and I broke up. There hasn't been a single day when I haven't thought about my ex-partner. I've already tried doing physical activities to keep myself occupied, and for a while, I was making progress. But during these past few months, it hit me again, and I feel like I've lost all the progress I made and I'm back at rock bottom.

I've also learned that my ex has already moved on and is currently seeing someone new, which has made things even harder for me.

Does it get better? Should I consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist? I really want to get better.

I have a final job interview tomorrow for a position that’s just a few kilometers from home. The problem? I also have an important meeting at my current job at the exact same time.

My current work is at least 100 km away from home, so I’m renting near my workplace. I decided to apply for something closer to home partly because my boyfriend and I recently broke up, and honestly, it made me rethink a lot of things about my current situation.

Now I finally have an opportunity to potentially work near home… and of course, the final interview has to be scheduled at the same time as an important work meeting. 😂

I know I should be grateful that I even have a job and an opportunity to interview, but damn. Can I catch a break for like… one week?
