Will the point multipliers with the new rewards program work on an order if a coupon is present
I wasn't able to find a super clear answer on this and I'm sorry if this question has already been posted a million times but if there's anyone on here that could answer this. If I use a coupon/offer on an order will the bonus point multiplier still work similar to how Dunkin's is, like for example I have a coupon for free sandwich with a $10 or more purchase and I have a 2X point multiplier when I buy a double roast beef or double bnc. If I have part of my required purchase to be a double roast beef, which is a sandwich the coupons not good for anyway, will I still get the 2x points or will it be invalid because I used a coupon/offer on the order?

Just a brag
Wanted to brag for a minute about the Arbys team I joined 2 months ago. They are super great and fun. Not only that but I see so many try hard to go out of their stations to help when we are in a rush and my mangers are so thankful for us. Every night before anyone goes home they yell out "thank you so much for helping today!" And it just makes a difference in general. I love this job more than I have any other and their the biggest reason. Super glad to have joined this group of folks at our Arbys.

Store hours weirdness
Craving a buffalo chicken sandwich. Google Maps says store closes at midnight, sign on the door says drive thru closes at midnight. I reach the drive thru at 11:25, automatic recording says “sorry we are closed, come back during normal business hours”
While I’m pulled over and looking up other places to go, I see a car pull up to the drive thru and then to the window and someone hands them food. I lean out my window and ask “are yall open”, the lady says “yes, well online orders only”. So I jump on the Arby’s app to place an order and the app says the store is closed. wtf?
Anyways, I got whataburger spicy chicken sandwich instead and it was great, just bummed I couldn’t use any of my Arby’s coupons.

Cheesesteak
I am a backline employee and can’t help but notice that the cheesesteak is such a popular item on the menu. I hate making it because it’s funky but I hate it even more when someone asks for the ooey gooey sandwich to be cut in half. It’s the only item I’m afraid of trying…

finally tried the steak nuggets! 🥩
my local arby’s brought back the steak nuggets so i’m so glad i was able to try them! honestly for fast food “steak” i think it’s pretty good! i loved the flavor but it may be a lil too chewy for me to get it again so id rate it a 7.5/10!🙂↕️and of course i got my new favorite order!!! turkey bacon ranch sandwich w/ a side of mac and cheese along with a large classic lemonade!🔥

The roast beef problem
Hey guys I’ve been really invested in the consumption of Arby’s delectable roast beef and after a while I’ve been noticing that my stomach has been feeling very bloated and my flatulence smelt very potent

TURKEY SLIDER FROM ARBY’S
You can still ask for a turkey slider - I asked for mine without cheese and add fried onion straws to it. $1.99 for quite a large slider is wonderful.

The guy in front of me ordered almost 20 dollers worth of food and he was the only one in the car...gross.
the car in front of me spent almost 20 dollers on food. There is no way they will eat all of that. their eshould be a rule that you have to be in the car to order. I amhungry after a almost 4 hour shift 😡 I only ever get 2 halopenio rost beef sliders and that is enough for me.

That isn’t Arby’s sauce on the beef and cheddar??
I’ve been eating Arby’s for 40+ years. I had Arby’s for lunch today. I’ve never heard of Red Ranch until 15 minutes ago. I always thought it was Arby’s sauce on the beef and cheddars

Any leaks about this new points system coming on the 24th?
Wondering how many points per dollar spent, what items will be on it, and how many points for them too.
Also ya'll think we'll still get offers like BOGO sandwiches? Or $1 fries sith $5 purchase? Or will that be scrapped?

Does anyone remember breakfast at Arby's
I worked at one while in highschool 40 years ago in Virginia and we served breakfast. We made buttermilk biscuits and had sausage patties, country ham , gravy and of course egg. I've never seen breakfast at Arby's since then and wondered if it was just our franchise owner who decided to do it or if it was in other areas as well and then was discontinued.
Spicy Cheese Steak and Chicken Philly coming in Oct.
Just as the title says. Arbys will be getting a Spicy Cheese Steak and a Chicken Philly in October. The Chicken one will have a spicy version as well. No info on what will make it spicy.

Update: I have an interview Friday and I am wondering on how I should quit. What people are telling me if I get this job, is to walk out, especially after being wrote up something I didn't even have a saying in.
Guys, I just started working at Arby's almost two weeks ago, I was the one that asked about when I would get paid. But I'm honestly about to quit, the manager clearly has favorites, the manager is rude asf, the other day when I went in, the back smelt like something died back there, I kid you not. The manager changed my position after one slip up. He left me backline when we were during our lunch rush. I literally had to make 20 sandwiches by myself. And when I asked for help, the manager got rude with me and told me he would, but never did. What would you guys do in this situation?

Red Ranch, where is the line of demarcation for this stuff?
I’m from Oklahoma and you can imagine my surprise and when I travel and order a beef and cheddar and there’s this mystery sauce on it.
I’ve also been called a liar for saying that they don’t put that crap on our sandwiches here!! So… where do they decide what stores use it and which ones don’t?
I’m sure I’d love red ranch if I grew up eating it, but it’s never been here! Or at least you have to ask for it I think, doesn’t just come on it, ever.

Did they change their roast beef?
Have been a fan of their roast beef sandwiches for years. Yesterday though it tasted different, wasn't all the same texture... Hopefully it was a one off, but it was so off-putting that I don't think I'll be able to try again for a while. One more like the one I last had and I won't be able to ever buy one again. I'd much rather they raise prices than whatever cost saving attempt created whatever I had. Anyone else have a recent bad experience?

Is it okay to ask the Arby’s person to put the sauce on your sandwich for you at the drive thru window
I don’t think I can open up the packet and put it on my sandwich while driving

Ranch
What did they do to the ranch?? It’s disgusting now. Arby’s had hands down the best fast food ranch. I got it today and it wasn’t cold, the packaging was different and it’s just a totally different product. I fear that means the roast turkey bacon and ranch sandwich will be completely different as well. I’ve not felt this betrayed by Arby’s since they took away the chips!

Shrinklation bullshit
I got 3 buffalo sliders and this one had the biggest tender in it. It's the size of my thumb. You could fit two "tenders" on this tiny ass slider bun. This is some serious bullshit. Do they just want everyone to finally stop buying their crap? $3 for this shit

Requesting evening off after getting hired
So I recently got hired and this is my first job. Had one interview with the shift leader and another with the GM. Got hired on the spot and got my food handlers permit the same day of the interview and work pants/shoes the next day. I called the location this past Monday and the GM told me they would call me back later this week with more info.
There’s a concert I really want to go to that’s in about 2 weeks. I haven’t started yet and don’t know when exactly I will either. Would it give a bad impression to already request the day of the concert off?
