O.I Spawn items FLAG function not working as intended?

Hi all, sorry if this has been asked a bunch but the only one I found here had functionally no answer so I am inclined to ask here.

I am currently on the vanilla 0.I stable release and I like to test a lot of items and spawns. I've noticed that using (F)lags doesn't actually do anything anymore? Like no prompt shows up, but the menus appear motionless as if the flags prompt appeared. Is this a known bug or is it something on my end?

It's there, if you brighten your screen the Flag prompt to write the flag is behind the menu.
