Fender Bracket

Does anyone know how to make a fender bracket this or where to get one ?

Bend some steel to the shape you want and drill some holes. But take 30 seconds to round the corners unlike the pic

Sick Cycles Al has em but you could make a basic one pretty easy. And yeah, finish the corners. Or not, it’s your bike I suppose

The ones in the pic look aluminum and I’m always confused when I see flat steel like this with a seat on the fender. How do they not just buckle lmao

I wouldn’t use aluminum. Def not if I was planning on having a passenger

Bend on your self out of flat steel from a hardware store (Lowes etc) and if you want shiney just polish and clear coat or use stainless...that.s why it's called "CHOPPIN'"

Plenty of videos on YouTube on how to make sissy bars. Just learn from this and apply it to your own design. Only difference is it’s gonna go under the fender. I bent up a sissy bar out of 1/2” stainless with just a mapp-pro torch (you can probably just use a propane torch). I made a post about it if you want to see it. Just make sure you buy steel from a metal supply store not Home Depot or tractor supply cause it’ll be way cheaper and they can cut to length exactly what you want. I got a 1/4” steel plate and traced the bends I wanted on it the tac welded bolts and pipe in the areas I wanted bends then bent it around that. Round off the bottom ends, don’t leave em square like that picture. I drilled and tapped threads in mine to bolt down through the fender. That way I didn’t have to worry about nuts

Others chime in but maybe use 3/16” thick strap steel or stainless if you want it to look nice. Maybe 1” or 1-1/2” wide?

I made this one a little while back yours would be even easier as no welding required. You dont even need to heat it before bending it pretty simple and forgiving process
