Ingredientes

Para la parte de vainilla

3 huevos

1 taza de azúcar

1 taza de leche

½ taza de aceite

2 tazas de harina

1 cucharada de polvo de hornear

1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla

*Para la parte de chocolate

½ taza de cacao en polvo

2 cucharadas de leche

*Para el caramelo

1 taza de azúcar

Ingredients

1 15 oz can pumpkin puree

1 12 oz can evaporated milk

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Topping:

¾ cup of melted butter

1 box yellow cake mix

1 ½ cups chopped pecans or walnuts optional

Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 x 13 baking pan

Mix the first five ingredients until well combined and pour into 9 x 13 baking pan.

For the topping:

Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of the pumpkin mixture that was poured into the 9 x 13 pan. Do not mix in.

Sprinkle melted butter over the top of the dry cake mix.

Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
