Tried this new local joint in my locality ordering a [Half Pizza]
The left one with fried mushrooms and the right with burnt garlic granules.
Both complimented eachother well!

[rack of lamb] with sides
The lamb and asparagus were prepared at home, grilled on charcoal. Everything else was store bought, most on a discount. Oh and the quinoa was leftovers. Not pictured: wedge of bleu cheese and coconut curry sauce.

Tried making an authentic [Italian Carbonara] for the first time
First time making it authentic. In my home country, we don’t use real Italian cheese. And we use ham. For this one, I used parmigiano and romano + guanciale. It is so good!

[wheat noodles with vegetables and tofu] from my favorite restaurant
They make fresh, house-made hand-stretched noodles (often referred to as hand-pulled or knife-cut style wide noodles) with a thick, chewy texture, tossed here with fried tofu, broccoli, crinkle-cut carrots, cabbage, and a poached egg.

[Sushi] boat for dinner!
Had this beautiful sushi boat for dinner (no I didn’t finish it by myself) and it was delicious! My favorite was the one at the bottom - it was called a Double Jay and had crab, avocado, cream cheese , and had eel sauce and yum yum sauce on top.
