[rack of lamb] with sides
The lamb and asparagus were prepared at home, grilled on charcoal. Everything else was store bought, most on a discount. Oh and the quinoa was leftovers. Not pictured: wedge of bleu cheese and coconut curry sauce.

Tried making an authentic [Italian Carbonara] for the first time
First time making it authentic. In my home country, we don’t use real Italian cheese. And we use ham. For this one, I used parmigiano and romano + guanciale. It is so good!
