Rocket league specific setup

I’m looking into how to make playing rocket league easier to play for someone who can only use their left hand/arm and left foot/leg. Using an Xbox preferably. Are there any controllers/specific setups that someone could recommend so I can pass it on? I’m not too familiar with these things myself but I’m hoping to learn some more here.

I’ve seen some YouTube videos of some good ideas but still looking for the best option. I’ve seen some 3d printed components too.
