I am drafting an e-learning policy. I would be interested in getting your opinions. Here are the points I plan to cover: Graphic charter, pedagogical engineering and effectiveness, design, SCORM, LMS configuration. What are the biggest absurdities you have seen in terms of design and LMS architecture creation? (Sorry for my english, i am French)

Hello! I teach as a sub in one of the universities in my country. ever since AI tech evolved, more and more of our students submit papers that are mostly AI written. and now AI tech is getting smarter, just a good prompt can really produce great results unless you're familiar with the writing style of your student. I encountered more than 10 papers this term that had huge chunks of AI written text.

I was advised by a co-teacher to use docu replays to see how a student has written their submission. has anyone tried this? my co-teach is using Checked4AI and has vouched for it, he asks students to submit google doc links and he checks the typing video. Anyone had similar experience? I am planning to use this too. wish me luck!

I’ve (24F) been working in higher education for only about 3 years:

- Student Affairs Asst II (graduation auditor)
- Student Affairs Asst III (transfer credit evaluator)
- Records Specialist (Registrar requests/graduate school liaison)
- Graduate Admissions Officer (current job of about 3 months)

I want to eventually work my way into the EdTech space (implementation/onboarding) but understand how many in this space began as teachers. I don’t have any experience in the classroom but have a lot of experience guiding adults of all ages into the right direction.
Although I’m 3 years into higher education, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many different roles from matriculation to graduation and have used different SaaS platforms along the way.

I would love advice on which roles I should focus on getting into and if you think I’m already marketable as an entry-level onboarding or customer success role.

Ps: BA degree in Strategic Communications, but currently getting a certification in Business Analytics.
I do have previous experience before this in reception/admin assistant positions within the healthcare and social assistance sector.
