Advice Eclipse

Hey. So during the eclipse a few weeks ago I began crying in the mirror. My trauma or past just came flooding out of me. Then for some reason I stood up. My hands came out besides me and it felt like electric/lighting was coming either from me or going into me. My hands became balls of energy. Like they wasnt solid. I started saying affirmations. I felt powerful. Like very powerful and after a minute or two of this I dropped to the floor. I then while in a child like pose felt I had to put my big toes and heels together and I lay there. I had no energy to move. I’m trying to find out if anyone knows what this was. I’m trying to research but since I feel anxious and depressed. I have no energy and everything seems to be going wrong in my life. Is anyone knows what this was exactly I’d appreciate the response. Thank you

Sounds to me like you had a massive release and your vibration increased/ energy centers were opened up with the releasing you did. You felt powerful because you are, we all are. I'm familiar with what you mean by the hands feeling like energy, that was your chi as you released blockages and the energy was allowed to flow to your hands. You're likely gifted with your hands. If your life is falling apart it's because you have things that you need to let go so that the new can come in.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah I felt like electric was rapidly travelling either into or out of my fingertips but might lighting level. Then my hands became I don’t know cloud like I may explain it. When you say gifted with my hands what are those gifts usually?

When you say cloud like do you mean they felt light? Could be anything with your hands- healing, telekinesis, grid working, shooting lightning out of your hands, etc.
