Anyone ever find that xindi operative from that season 3 episode where she had to gather Intel on the nx-01 crew to be one of the most fascinating aliens races in trek?

She can collect biometric data from passing her hands over someone and then transfer that information to computers... Yet she's organic
At the same time makes me wonder if the nx-01 crew were all soong type androids ... Would she be able to gather the same kind of scans or it would have been useless?
