Meetup! Did we meet at Airport Video?
I (cis-woman kinda chubby with tattoos) went to Airport Video in Everett on Sunday afternoon and I told a couple people I would post on here so we could chat.
After I got home, I realized that this really isn't the right sub for this topic... So I'm going to post over on the Seattle R4R sub, meet me there. Much more appropriate.
Sorry everyone else.... Have a good week.

Rant Lowell Neighborhood Needs a Coffee Shop
Maybe I’m the only one that feels this way but Lowell is absolutely one of my favorite neighborhoods in Everett. The one thing it’s missing is a coffee shop or cafe. There are multiple parks, the river walk, cute houses, and an adorable candle shop. I see buildings for rent but they’ve been sitting that way for a while. I would love nothing more than to walk my dog along the river with a fresh cup of coffee from a cafe up the street. It feels like enough people live in the area to make a cafe profitable with foot traffic alone, plus additional business from people going to the dog park. This is me putting it out into the universe aka internet and hoping it happens!

Question Rubbing the PAE Lucky Statue Stache??
Hey I heard from one of the airport employees while I was flying out through Paine field that rubbing the mustache of the statue out on the drop off curb was good luck?
Has anyone else heard this? I’m just curious where the rumor might’ve started lol. She said that he was considered one of the top pilots for the mail service and that he’ll watch over your flight if you rub the stache.
I just try thought it was funny and was tryna see if anyone else heard this too.

Question Trustworthy Toyota Service Center?
Hey everyone! I’m new to the area and have a new Toyota in need of its first oil change. Since the first 4 service appointments are covered by Toyota (included in the purchase of the vehicle) I need a trustworthy Toyota dealership/service center in the area. Rodland seems questionable based on reviews and has also been flagged for positive review bot activity by Yelp, so it may be even worse than it appears. If you like a dealer close-ish please let me know, thank you!
