FFXI REFRESHERS

One time I set up a standard exp party with me(the WHM), a SMN, and a RDM.

The RDM wasn't too pleased and bounced.

But I said he could DD and fight with the other melee if he wanted to.

I guess I got too greedy, and he felt too guilty, though admittedly he was magic bursting pretty good.

The thing is, their powers overlap!

Here they are arguing who's better at refreshing.

This is part of a bigger image I'm currently working on which encompasses a charbydis battle.

These three alone took me about 4 ~5 days to make. The entire illustration has been in the works for months.

I think I will take a small break from ffxi illustrating after this post.

My focus is going to fixing the coloring and appeal of my current stash

I will return to animating and making oc content.

I will still post FFXI art,

but relating to FF11; it will be of some reposts of my older stuff tweaked and/or fixed.

Most importantly, for my party leaders, who are you grabbing? SMN, RDM, or both?

I unlocked summoner the other night. How long until I can have carbuncle out without losing MP due refresh? I’m a brokie new player with no gil, so I hope this isn’t auction house reliant for me.

You’ll need to get the carbuncle mitts, if you are on Bahamut I can help you with that otherwise you’ll need ask someone to kill the tonberry for you

Pets are fun for soloing, but huge macro set and gearing is tricky. Mitigation of the tick costs for summoning will take you beyond 99. Honestly, have fun with it if that's what you are into.

RDM is expensive, difficult to gear and a dime a dozen.

I'm gearing up my RDM after returning, but I've been slowly gaining stuff for SMN too. I did Carby mitts and light spirit yesterday in preparation. Gonna have to get Diabolos, Cait Sith, and Fenrir as well as Dark and Thunder spirits. I want all the elementals.

EDIT: I'm mainly messing around atm and I've found RDM with Bloodsword or Gluttony Sword, a Gold Buckler, and full Duelist's gear to be a nice lockstyle. Not sure what I'll pot on my off-hand when I go to DW.
