They kinda need to do that with the banners since they got 54 girls. Most games with fixed cast (like RevueStarlight) did not start with 54 SSR. Holodori is abit on the intense side but I think people are learning to just ignore gacha until it's the member you want.

The average person complaining has never played a rhythm gacha and even those who have never played PJSK which is probably the only actual competition right now (Our Notes pending). Most of the PJSK players I know have talked about Holodori being a beautiful flower field in comparison for most things.
