Nah, because of the HOYOLab top-up system.... It is not recorded in sensor tower.... Hoyolab has more rewards than ordinary top-up....

easy skip though because stellar reaction already very strong with free support you don't need more powerup.

She is actually not an easy skip, because she can be put in stellar swirl team later and we basically can just pull Mizuki from anniv free standard selector. Many people are anticipating this.

can, buy you can use traveler to access to stellar swirl and use 4 star support and still pretty strong.

im saying people skip not because she is bad or not needed, but because free team without her already very strong without her, and no people anticipating her, she literally a nobody in lore, just some mentioned and having some tie with signora.

people are waiting for tsaritsa
