A lot of artists tend to go where the rest of people are, which is why you'll see them switch to something like Blue Archive or...well, WOULD be Uma Musume if Cygames didn't bar it which is probably doing wonders for getting JP eyes on the western hentai community since they can't effectively enforce that worldwide, may be part of the push against the draconian censorship rules there, even and you inevitably get the old standbys, whose styles you might get overly used to or simply miss another artist who moved on. It happened to Kantai Collection and Touhou (to a lesser degree) and it'll keep happening. Merely the way of trends.
