- PREMISE & LORE
Setting: An alternate WWII diesel-punk universe. A brutal enemy regime has crushed most resistance, but small partisan cells are rising.
Story:
Players are partisans who have seized a key railway station after a year of preparation. They discover two wagons of "Super-Alloy" â a material critical for the Allied war effort. Using blueprints and supplies airdropped by allies, they construct an armored train (BP-43 locomotive + MBV-2 armored wagons). Their mission: Break through a 100,000 km encirclement, deliver the Super-Alloy, and survive.
Key Lore Points:
· The enemy ignored small uprisings â a fatal mistake.
· The station was held for a year via airdrops.
· The train is built from salvaged parts, blueprints, and stolen enemy equipment.
· The enemy's final desperate weapon is the experimental airship "Fenix" .

- CORE GAMEPLAY & ROLES
Players: 10â30 per lobby (regional servers for low ping).
Role Responsibilities Unique Mechanics
Driver Controls speed, brakes, switches tracks. Must manage boiler pressure; can overheat or stall.
Gunner Operates MBV-2 main guns and secondary weapons. Must account for shell trajectory, ricochet, and penetration.
Mechanic Repairs damage: dents, stuck shells, broken wheels. Climb onto the roof under fire; use tools for emergency fixes.
Commander Coordinates team, calls votes, uses binoculars. Can be replaced by vote if reckless.
Radio Operator Intercepts enemy Morse code; risks detection when antenna is extended. Must translate real Morse code (with cheat sheet).
Voting Systems:
· Role Swap: Every 1000 km, vote to keep or replace the Commander.
· Flag Vote: First station â anonymous flag design, then vote for the team symbol.
· Wagon Layout Vote: After flag selection, players anonymously propose train formations (order of MBV-2, Flak Wagon, Super-Alloy, etc.). The winning layout determines tactical strengths/weaknesses.

- CORE MECHANICS
Mechanic Description
No Tutorial Players learn by dying. The game starts with chaos â no hand-holding.
Realistic Damage Shells ricochet, dent, or get stuck in armor. Each requires different repair (mechanic on roof, internal hammering, patches).
Flak Armor & Netting Optional anti-shrapnel nets for wagons; reduce splash damage.
Battle Paint Painted kills appear on locomotive: helmets (infantry), tanks (Pz.III), bombs (planes).
Station Messages Players can leave written notes for future runs (e.g., "Lost John at 45km. Push on.").
Hidden Objects Find rare items (e.g., WWI helmet, Doom-style shotgun).
Airship "Fenix" A recurring mini-boss; harpoon attack can immobilize train and summon tank ambushes.
---
- PROGRESSION & CUSTOMIZATION
Station Upgrades Effect
BP-43 Locomotive Base engine; can be upgraded with armor plates, improved boiler.
MBV-2 Wagons Main firepower; can swap guns (76mm / 107mm).
Flak Wagon ("Iron Turtle") Retractable roof with twin AA guns.
Rare Finds Additional locomotive (P36) can be attached for +30% speed.
Visual Customization:
· Flag (team symbol).
· Battle paint (static and dynamic marks).
· Locomotive nameplate, lanterns, cabin trinkets.

- BIOMES & WEATHER
Biome Visuals Gameplay Impact
Desert Sand, ruins, dry riverbeds Boiler overheats; sandstorms reduce visibility.
Steppe / Forest-Steppe Open plains, scattered trees Few hiding spots; easy for enemy flanking.
Winter Snow, frozen rivers, blizzards Slower speed, higher fuel consumption; reduced visibility in blizzards.
Swamp Marsh, mist, rare dry patches Quiet zone with rare enemies; acts as a "calm before the storm".

- BOSSES & MINI-BOSSES
Boss Role Key Mechanics
Tank Aces Unique enemies with names and advanced AI. Evasive maneuvering, tactical positioning, call for reinforcements.
Gustav Cannon Stationary super-heavy artillery hidden behind mountains. Players must shoot down shells mid-air using AA guns.
Bismarck (Ghost) Seasonal boss (September). Countdown bell + roar before each salvo. Ship appears from fog.
Fenix Airship Recurring "annoying" boss. Harpoon attack slows train and triggers tank ambush; can call Stuka bombers; HP regenerates partially between encounters.
Fenix Detailed Abilities:
· Harpoon: Launches a grappling cable at the BP-43. Mechanic must knock it off within 15 seconds; if not, train slows to 15% speed and tanks appear.
· Flamethrowers: Sweeps four flame jets across the train as it passes overhead.
· Call Reinforcements: When HP drops below 50%, Fenix summons Stuka dive bombers.
---

QUESTIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY
Which biome do you find most atmospheric? Would you add any new one?
Is the Morse code mechanic exciting or too hardcore?
Should Fenix's harpoon attack have a cooldown or be more frequent?
Would you like to see more "Seasonal" bosses (e.g., Christmas, New Year)?
What hidden easter eggs (games/movies) would you like to see?
