Is this normal?

I have this issue that my whole personality changes when I feel like a boy vs a girl.. idk if it’s normal or not, so that’s why I’m asking. When I feel like a girl I identify as aroace because the thought of sex/romance icks me out, but the second I feel like a boy I get attracted to like everyone and I get a lot meaner than I am when I feel like a girl (I can’t help it I’ve tried being nicer but my attitude just changes). Can someone explain why this is?? It feels like I have 2 personas or something and it feels really cringe to think of.

Maybe it's just a part of how you perceive each gender. Like I often feel more authentic as as a girl but when I feel more masculine I feel like I need to act more distant, I get a lot quieter, and I suddenly feel way more conscious about what other people might be thinking about me. It's kinda embarrassing cause I feel like I'm trying to act nonchalant 😭 when that's not me at all and I'm trying to fix that. I don't know about the attraction thing, though, but I hope this is maybe something relatable?

I'd look into plural systems, DID OSDD etc etc, I'm plural & was similarly confused by shifting sexuality & personality traits before I knew. Best of luck

I think im meaner when im in boy mode too. My boy mode is associated with a protector (IFS - internal family system). I try to rein it in though
