Ask r/Ghana Physiotherapy

Hello, I am looking for a good physiotherapist in Accra. Not one who is will just give me bands and walk away but one who will get in deep tissue to fix my shoulder. Any recommendations?

Im shure you can find at the expensive hotels and here and there around town but im not shure its a thing there in Ghana.i.e i dont remember seeing massage spas or clinics which is interesting to me because I am in the feild holistic and sports medicine maybe its something that i can do when i return to Ghana.
