That thing is so silly! I had Overkill when he came out in the ‘90s and there wasn’t a tiny man shaped like Anthony Daniels hiding inside, he was a full fledged android!

I think they tried to blend first iteration overkill with others that came after. Those looked more cyborg than robot. Human head/robot body. Def silly. I dig it.
