Started in 2024, bought most of them during 2025, just got battle born series, Rion and forerunner trilogy

It’s my first time playing Halo CE, and something about this game has been driving me insane.

I genuinely felt like I was taking crazy pills because the rocks are changing shape! I’m not joking. I looked online, I asked around, and nobody knew what the hell I was talking about. I couldn’t find anything. But I KNEW I saw it happen. I knew those rocks were different.

And now, finally, I have evidence of the Shapeshifting Rock Phenomenon.

A journey started 12 years ago, I can finally say I’ve mastered Halo

I was commissioned to make this set of Spartans. Each one is carved from mostly poplar wood then dyed to get the bright colors of Spartan armors.

The Striker Sidekick Variant is the best pistol in the entire series, this thing is almost broken it's so good. Super satisfying to use, feels great, the stopping power of CE's pistol, the fire rate of H2, and lightning fast reload speed.

I’m somewhat of a halo trilogy collector. Because of this, I buy Japanese Halo’s and apparently Korean ones as well now. In this scenario, I just couldn’t help myself. After spotting this while in South Korea I had to have it. I didn’t know at that point what I’d find inside the case as they tend to wrap them in plastic despite being preowned.

It was rusty on the front and also had a Halo CE attached in the same plastic wrap, pushing both cases together. I bought them. Took them back home (UK), and now I’ve only just opened them.

Koreas an interesting one as the Xbox really didn’t take off there. They were mostly PlayStation based, so games like halo just kind of fell off since the Xbox just didn’t sell. Which is kind of fascinating to me.. as when you do stumble across Xbox related stuff, the shop owners are surprised you even looked twice. Let alone scrambled to buy.

I bought Korean H3 and also Korean ODST as well ;)

Anyway! I opened up this halo 2 today and found code cards and some obviously really rare Korean Xbox live marketing. Honestly such a cool find. Had to share! Tell me what you think :)

I was playing Halo 2 on Legendary and while switching graphics I realised that this crate is blue while the others arent? And on the anniversary graphics it's just a normal one. Any known reason behind this?

I haven't really read any of the halo books yet, but I remember hearing how spartan energy shields can tank small arms fire and it just barely drains the shields.

Though I do remember master chief crashing down from outer space though granted if I remembered right he got lucky.

Since other Spartan's who did the same thing either straight up died or are too injured to continue fighting which I find impressive technology to keep the user alive from getting mulched on impact.

Didn’t even know this existed but by the prophets I needed it. It has found a permanent home in one of my car’s disc slots

I recently upgraded my master chief cosplay and decided to recreate the pose from my resin print figure that I painted! I think I did pretty good! My father took these photos and helped me with posing :)

I see others posting their suits on here. I thought I’d post my own. I made a Forward Unto Dawn/ The Package inspired versions of Chief’s suit.
I don’t have a 3D printer so I made mine from A LOT of puzzle mat foam/ paperboard and hot glue. I’ve been inspired seeing some of the recent posts on here to try and make a new one that’s a little higher quality. It’s my first suit so go easy on me.
I originally made the helmet by hand but I didn’t like how blocky it turned out so I commissioned someone to 3D print the helmet for me and picked up one of those Nerf Assault Rifles and repainted it.

Bonus: My wife’s favorite character is 9 from 9 😂 so she made her own costume with me.

I was playing TnR on Heroic with some skulls on, and I got to the part before the grav lift where you usually grab an active camo and run past everyone. Why the hell can they still shoot at me as if I never had took the camo in the first place? (Before you ask, I waited a good 5 seconds to give the camo time to activate, since in CE it does that "fade" where enemies are still able to see you)

His voice is different which i understand voice actors come and go but his whole cadence is different as well he seems kinda more generic in halo 3 if that makes sense, he kinda felt like more of a snake in halo 2 his smooth voice which makes sense how he can twist people and but 3 he just talks like a dying Palpatine. His whole personality feels different

Does anyone here have any experience using backwards compatibility on an Xbox 360 (bonus points if it’s the 360 E console) for specifically the OG Halo CE disc and Halo 2 OG disc?

Does the game run relatively okay?

Is it so horrible it’s unplayable?

Anything to know?

Or is it pretty much a good time and resembles very closely the OG feel as if it was being played on an OG Xbox?

Working on a recreation of New Mombasa from Halo 2. Still a work in progress, but I wanted to show how it's coming along.

It has taken me 40 hours since the early access came out with preorders and I did this to solidify I'll be a halo fan forever. I've been one since 6/6/2025 and I'll forever be one.

Okay so I finally bought a series X and I’ve been going through all the old halo campaigns in the MCC. What games still have solid lobbies?/Which game’s multiplayer am I most likely to find lobbies in without waiting forever to find a game? I’m trying to make up for lost time since I really only played Reach’s mp when I was younger. Also whats the best intro game to halo multiplayer?

Also Ive found it pretty difficult to find rounds of btb in any game besides H3.
