What is the simplest strength training routine you’ve actually stuck with?

People talk about perfect programs, perfect diets, and the best exercises.
But sometimes the routine that works is simply the one you can repeat consistently.
A few basic movements done regularly can probably beat a complicated plan that you quit after a month.
I’m curious what simple strength routines people have actually maintained long term.
What exercises or setup made training easier for you to keep doing?
