Extremely round belly and now an outie, 12 weeks after vaginal cuff repair

54f full laparoscopic hysterectomy in Jan with a repair of a complete cuff failure in June. I've always been slim and very active with a flat stomach. Obviously I'm not as active this year so it's no surprise that I'm softer in the middle. But lately I've noticed that my abdomen is very round and protruding in a self contained way, and also my belly button is almost an outie. Is this a thing? Could it be a hernia from multiple surgeries? It is not painful. I've got a note in to my doctor about it. My weight has been stable, and I've just restarted at the gym.

My belly button stayed the same. Seems like there is definitely something going on!
