Deck help Cipher Deck

Hi! I wanted to make a deck centered around the 'cipher" keyword. I eventually decided on Cazur and Ukkima, but the deck I built just isn't interesting. Can you guys give me some help making the deck more fun?

Cazur and Ukkima are the whole gameplan already. The deck is boring because it only needs 2 cards to actually function and they're both in the command zone. On top of that nothing in this deck has anything to do with playing cipher cards. It's a Cazur and Ukkima +1 counters deck that also has cipher cards in it.

Maybe switch to Felix Five Boots or whatever the double combat damage trigger guy's name is to double up on the cipher triggers. Then play little unblockable guys and flyers so you're guaranteeing you get as many of those cipher triggers as you can. Instead of all the counter shit, play things that give you payoffs when you trigger your cipher and cast those free spells.
