Definitely a bit janky, but [[Kuldotha Forgemaster]] can get you any artifact out of your deck at instant speed, provided you have 3 artifacts to sacrifice (like 2 thopters and itself). There are plenty of artifacts that could act as answers such as [[Portal to Phyrexia]] to remove a voltron commander coming at you, or [[The Stasis Coffin]] if someone is about to try and damage you for lethal, or maybe an [[Uba Mask]] to disrupt someone's draw triggers. [[Goblin Welder]] and his brothers could also let you do a similar thing from the graveyard, which synergizes well with red discard/draw effects
