What’s the difference of increase here?

I recognise the second picture being Ragland increase but what is the first pictures increase style?
Is there such thing as multi Ragland?

They’re both Ragland, but the first has more stitches between the increases. And in a ribbed stitch. So instead of /||\, it’s more like /||==||==||\

The first one has the raglan line 7 stitches across in what looks like a twisted rib, but it could be a different stitch pattern. The second one has a raglan line only 2 stitches across in stockinette.

A raglan is a type of sleeve design where the sleeves extended to the neckline, most frequently in a straight and with 8 increases / decreases every other row. The number of increases / decreases (depending on top down vs bottom up), whether they're strictly every other row, and the design details along those lines are strictly up to the designer. Some raglan sweaters even have a cable along that line.

They're both raglans. One raglan line is just wider than then other.

It's hard to see whether the first picture is brioche or twisted rib but the only difference between the increases is how many stitches are made between the decrease/increase stitches.
