This is incredibly difficult for me to post, but I am at my wits’ end and need to find Iris a new home **within about a week.
Iris is an 8-month-old goofy, sweet girl who has so much love to give. Most of the time, she is silly, affectionate, and just wants to be part of everything going on around her.
A little about Iris:

❤️** Sweet, goofy personality
👧 **Good with kids
🐾 Good with other animals
💉 Fully up to date on vaccines
🏠 Crate trained
⚠️** Not fully house trained
⚠️ Not spayed
⚠️ She does have some behavioral issues that I will be completely transparent about with anyone seriously interested
I want to be upfront about her challenges because I want her next home to be her **forever home. Iris is still very young and needs someone who has the time, patience, and consistency to continue working with her on training and her behavior.
I have tried to make our situation work, but I have reached the point where I cannot keep her much longer. I am trying very hard to avoid sending her to a shelter or surrendering her to a rescue. If I cannot find an appropriate home within about a week, unfortunately I will have to begin that process.
Please, no judgment or negative comments. This decision is already difficult enough. My focus right now is doing what I can to find Iris a safe and loving home where she has the opportunity to thrive.

Our house is in Germantown (one street off of Goss). Have been using a guy since the spring that I was referred. He cut the grass every two weeks for a few months, but the past month he stopped showing up. I texted him this morning and asked if he had been by. He read the message, but no response. Last time he mowed I even gave him $20 extra. We split our time between NC and Louisville, otherwise I would keep it cut myself. I spray for weeds every time I’m in town.

I can see on our cameras that the grass looks terrible and needs to be done ASAP. Our yard is tiny, like most in Germantown. It’s now almost the beginning of September and I don’t think he has cut the yard since July 26th.

If you have someone in mind who would be interested in doing this job, please let me know. I wouldn’t even be opposed to someone’s kid who has a lawn mowing business doing it if they live in the neighborhood. I mainly don’t want to get fined by the city for not maintaining the yard and also want the yard to be kept looking nicely so the house doesn’t look abandoned.

The TD-27KV2 is an incredible electronic kit and about as close as you can get to the feel and response of an acoustic set. The digital snare, hi-hat and ride are especially impressive, and the TD-27 module has a ton of great sounds and customization options.

I’m about to complete a recovery program, and am currently in a halfway house. I start a good job with a good wage on Monday, but I am trying to get out of this living situation ASAP (IYKYK). I ran the numbers and I will be able to afford a cheap weekly hotel until I have enough saved to rent an apartment. Search engines are useless, they just send me to Expedia and what not.
