Looking for somebody that can do low poly with pixel textures
Hi, I am looking for somebody taking commissions or wanting to join an indie project making low poly models with pixel textures.
(I am not looking for blockbench voxel models)

I just released my first low-poly Medieval asset pack – a modular castle kit
After working mostly on sci-fi assets, I decided to start a new Medieval collection.
This is the first pack: a modular castle kit with walls, towers, battlements, wooden galleries, a gatehouse and walkable interiors.
Feedback is always welcome!

Armadillo Fires - Emerald Blue 2
I'm quite proud of this creation, he's come a long way from the previous game's design.
For detail, the head is stored within a shifting EB projection pool. (A component that didn't exist in first game due to the tech's radical overhaul)
A later version of the enemy will have a more complete manifestation, can't wait to reach that one.

A couple of days toying with Godot + a handful of scenarios and animated models I made while learning blender. Am I overdoing the PS1 vibe?

Creating demonic stuff :D
Hey everyone, a few days ago I finished the demon characters pack, and right now I’m working on the architecture for their world, I’d love to get some feedback! It’s still very early work in progress, as you can see, but basically, it’s a modular asset pack designed to snap together and build houses, structures, etc

Hi! Pretty new to rigging/animations, wondering why the feet of this character are flipping when trying to animate the character doing a flip.

It's insane seeing this project come to life after months of work. Really just need some good retro inspired particle effects to complete the homage.

Unity game is running the URP PSX shader. All models are well under 1k polys with 512x512 textures being the absolute max. Screen resolution is set to 1080p here, but it is setup for 4:3 aspect ratios as well.

Hey everyone, I hope you like this model I made. I based it on a vintage concept, likely from the 80s or 90s. I’d love to hear your feedback—please don't hesitate to share your thoughts on how it looks and whether you think it's good or bad. Just a reminder, this is still a work in progress!"

3D models and Diorama
Hi all. I've been watching Gilligan since the 60's and have always been a fan.
I have a friend of mine who's good with taking pictures/ videos and capturing them with a program that will turn them into 3D models.
I asked him him to capture the animated versions of the castaways. I cleaned up the models and textures and rigged them to an armature to make them game ready, and made a digital diorama out of them as well. For fan art, they're not perfect, but they came out pretty good. They look good running around in game.
Diorama below. I based it off the 1st season end credits. Gilligan wasn't in the shot so I had him fishing as in the credits.
Besides the castaways from my friend, I found the rest of the scene items on the web and imported them - a boat for the Minnow that I put holes in, rocks, a fallen tree, a palm tree, a crate, and a radio. The backdrop is from a google image search.

Adventures of Gulliver - 1968 - Diorama and 3D models completed
Another show finished from my list. Some of the models are better than others - Flirtacia and Tagg are very well done while Gary is a little rough. I rigged them to be game ready, and tried to fix up and repair some errors in my friend's work where I could.
Gary Gulliver, Tagg, Captain Leech, King Pomp, Bunko, Eager, Flirtacia and Glum

Cassie is 248 verts. She's the lead of a noir game about a detective who gets herself out of sticky situations
248 verts authored, 443 evaluated with the mirror unapplied.
She's cel-shaded, so there's no soft shading to hide a weak silhouette. That was my design goal: a character who's readable as a specific person at that vert budget, not just a generic figure.
Lighting here is one hard key through a slat pattern and nothing else.
Happy to answer anything about the budget or the shading setup.

Solo dev balancing a day job and a 10-month-old baby. Just dropped the first playable tech prototype of my 1st-person sci-fi ocean horror game "Darkness from the Depths". What do you think?

Hi everyone!
For years, game dev was just a playground for me—messing around in Blender and Unreal Engine to see what I could do. But when my son was born, it completely shifted my perspective. I realized life is too short to ignore your dreams. Now, I scrape together 1-3 hours a day after work and family duties to build my dream game.
About the Game:
"Darkness from the Depths" is a first-person, sci-fi psychological horror heavily inspired by Dredge. You play as a lone robot searching for the meaning of its existence in a drowned, post-apocalyptic world. A cosmic cataclysm wiped out humanity, leaving only mutated deep-sea creatures that hunt when darkness falls.
Current Status:
I'm 5 months in. The boat mechanics are about 50% ready, and the Tarkov/RE4-style grid inventory is 99% functional.
Play the Prototype:
I believe in completely open development. I just packaged a raw technical build (v0.0.1) so anyone can jump in and test how the boat handles and how the inventory feels. There are no sounds or enemies yet, just pure core mechanics.
Links to the free build and my devlog are in the first comment below!
I would absolutely love to hear your honest feedback on the feel and visuals.
