Je compte partir à l’île Maurice fin septembre et je voulais savoir si c’était safe pour une femme seule à Flic-en-Flac ?

Je voulais aussi avoir des conseils sur les activités à faire, quels endroits à visiter pour une touriste, quels restaurants où manger etc. s’il vous plaît.

C’est la première fois que je vais aussi loin toute seule. Je viens de France.

My fiancé is Hindu Mauritian (although we were both born and raised in London). He does not have much blood family and is no contact with his mum.

He doesn't really know anyone that is Hindu and didn't grow up being taken to temple, but he places a lot of value on Navratri and and Diwali - can anyone provide ideas of things I can do to make this year special for him? I grew up Christian and I'm now atheist so I don't have much knowledge and want to get it right!

Am i the only one who completely understand french, can read it but just cant communicate at all? I just cannot speak in french and i don’t know how to solve this. It is extremely difficult since in work places, french is widely used and i really want to improve my french. Does anyone have any tips?
