"Unknown Error" Can't activate/open microsoft 365 apps

Please help, all youtube tutorials are outdated. I still have my subscription but this error keeps popping up on all the apps, so i either can't open or edit on any file.

Try this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-activation-licensing/how-to-remove-office-license-files-on-a-mac

Then to relicense sign back into your account

Hello! I tried this but still the same result :(

update: I deleted all the apps and re-installed the version most suitable to my OS version. It's working perfectly fine now. Thank you for this tho!
