Thanks for this. My mom is 44, I guess it could be a mental health issue, but they were like $15 bucks so she brought them home. This was supposed to be a light hearted thing

Im curious since you said she does it often, does she end up using the things she randomly buys on sale in bulk?

It usually ends up getting used but it’s always been items we could eat easily such as eggs, oranges, strawberries, etc. the lemons were a shock for sure

If she can't find ways to use them all she can always put them in a basket in the front yard for neighbors to help themselves.
