I'm slightly vexed Please pay attention

My neighbor was outside talking on her phone while watching her 2 year old grandson. He was running around in front of her. I got into my car, turned on my favorite podcast and put the car in reverse. I looked up and realized that I didn’t see him anymore. I checked my rearview camera, and he was standing behind my car. Fortunately, my foot was still on the brake.

I’m so grateful that I have that camera. He’s so little that he was completely hidden from my rearview mirror. His grandmother didn’t look in our direction until I got out of the car and called her. I try not to think about what could have happened if I’d been running late and rushing.

Those big ass lifted trucks should be illegal.

I say this as someone who owns a normal fucking truck

Even those big ass non lifed trucks. Ever drive a modern unmodified Silverado? Can't see shit out of those.

My 97 f250 is not lifted at all. Not modern at all. And I couldn’t see a child in front of it.

Was yours 4x4? My 97 sat lower because it was a base 4x2 and I didn't find it terrible.
