This sub in a nutshell

Guys do you wave ? Why don’t Harley riders wave at me ? Should i wave at scooters ?

What do i do with the helmet ? Should i take it with me ?

Bike won’t start, why ?

Are my tires still good ? - posts a picture with the baldest tires i’ve ever seen.

Random crash video where 90% of the situations could be avoided.

i changed my oil but i forgot step 2 of 2 which is “put oil back in engine” and i ran the bike up and down the street with no oil now it makes this rattle what is this sound?

Mine wasn't as bad but I didn't see that the previous filter ring was still on the bike and slapped another filter+ring without noticing it. Made it half way down the block until I noticed the odd rattling sound. Walked the GSXR home, put oil in it and it was good as new but could've been way worse.

If you heard noise that is metal on metal and damage was done. Sounds like it was minimal but you see kidding yourself if you think you did 0 damage.

I think the GSXR will survive 20 seconds of idling with a thin oil film.

Sure. And evidently it did. All I'm saying is the noise you heard was damage being done.
