hello! i'm looking for more songs to add to my (VERY small) study playlist i just started. i study best with songs in a language i dont understand since i cant focus on the words (i only speak english). any other songs that match the vibes of these songs? thanks!

Someone I love is going through a rough patch and I want to cultivate a playlist they can reach for to help them channel some of the simple joy of being alive. • Non African-American rap/hip hop.
  • Most of the music I listen to is African-American rap/hip hop so looking for rap/hip hop from other countries, maybe non-black American rappers, etc.
• Japanese Jazz vocalists.
  • I like the way the Japanese do their Jazz music I especially like Akiko but I'd like some male vocalists as well.

Hey everyone, I’m a playwright and I am looking for some suggestions to help me build my next play. I’m looking for something that is dirty. I’d like a slower song that feels muddy or industrially sludgy. Words are not needed. The music would be to inspire an interpretive dance revolving around sex. Think like Mac’s dance from Always Sunny In Philadelphia style dance.

Sail by Awolnation has a good beat, the music is dirty sounding, and is a contender.

The Day the World Went Away by Nine Inch Nails has a nice vibe, but not exactly what I’m looking for.

Lose Control by Teddy Swims is nice, but not dirty/gritty sounding enough.

If you have anything that might help I would be very happy. Thank you to anyone who suggests.

Not a genre-specific request.

I love a person or song that is so unapologetically and loudly celebrating life or a feeling.

But what really adds to this song is the fact it's being belted out with swagger and the ridiculous charisma of the character in that scene. You feel more confident singing the song, even when it's over the top, maybe even because of that, and you start to feel like the character yourself as you sing it aloud.

It's reminiscent of Bee Gees "Stayin Alive".

Movies can add a certain quality to a song that I'm not sure the song had before, so please include music with clips that might transform the music too if you've got ideas!
