You can never go wrong with some Pilsudski.
I have a bottle of the dill pickle at home. It’s incredible. And I sampled more of them at the Duchess County Fair this past weekend.

As the title says, please give me your mustard recommendations. I’m going to northwest England for work in 2 weeks and would like to try some mustards that I can’t find in the US.
For reference, I like Maille and Colman.

Several years ago I was at a Scottish festival in Rochester, NY. I bought this amazing mustard with scotch in the recipe .Unfortunately I never took a picture of the label. Does anyone have any idea of what it could be? It was absolutely amazing. Didn't last a month.

I used to get this in the NY area. I’m in Salem OR and I’ve not found it anywhere. I see Amazon has it, so I’ll have to get it there.

If you could bottle up your favorite/ideal mustard recipe, what would it be?

My favorite spicy mustard is a brand called Mr. Mustard. It has a nice nostril clearing kick to it. But I can no longer find it locally. Can someone suggest good alternatives? Thx!

The strange thing about reporter Jake Edmiston's night was no one liked his mustard chicken.
He could tell from the silence around the table. Mustard chicken is usually a hit in his house; he used the same chicken, the same big spoonful of mustard in the sauce.
The mustard came from a new jar, but it was the same brand he buys every time, Maille Dijon Originale. It’s luscious and smooth. Sometimes, he’ll eat a whole spoonful by itself.
Later, unable to help himself, I returned to the jar and had a taste. It was much, much stronger than usual.
Global consumer brands don’t normally tolerate major variances in the flavour profile of their products.
Edmiston set out to solve the mystery of the extra spicy mustard in his fridge.
The search for an answer took him to a mustard dynasty in France, a Hamilton mustard mill and Palliser’s Triangle.

He loved mustard enough to use a Keen's box on his waist.
