I don't think the goal of schoolie folks is to cosplay being “homeless”, they just want the freedom to travel and not have to pay a mortgage. They are digital nomads who can work anywhere with Wi-Fi or satellite Internet, so they set up a permanent address with family and move around wherever they want or need to be.
