There’s far more than $30k worth of material and time put into that van.

No chance its 30k in materials. If the van were second hand this whole project could be under 60k

You’re not finding a nice van like that used for less than $50k (even other brands) and you wouldn’t want to invest all this time and effort and money in to unfitting a van that’s got a ton of miles on it.
