There’s far more than $30k worth of material and time put into that van.

I'm not seeing more than 30k material. 10 u/rm-rf-asterisk 12h ago The wood panels and insulation maybe No but electrical and all the proper connections ands fasteners and sliders and hindges actually add up quick. A built dresser is like 500 bucks sometimes.
