It’s a plastic fucking rock, how is it almost 300,000. Seems like someone got their buddy paid

A lot of art, especially public art, is some form of graft.

We have some nice murals that didn't bankrupt the town, so it's not 100%

300k won't bankrupt the town either, but it does feel like a rip off
